REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum of 2-3 months of regular indoor climbing and basic safety top-rope skills

 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :

All necessary skills and knowledge to become independent and self-confident climber on single pitch sport climb such as:

  • Choosing the right necessary equipment for the best climbing experience while staying safe, and how to treat and store it

  • Basic understanding of outdoor risks (so you can make it home safely everyday)

  • Proper belaying, lead belaying techniques, catching falls dynamically

  • Setting up top-ropes 

  • Lead climbing techniques 

  • Cleaning the anchors - retrieve all your gear

  • How and when to use clipstick & other techniques to pre-clip first quickdraw

  • Climbing calls and communication - get your message across 

  • Movement skills - climb more efficiently

  • Perfect balance - support your center of gravity

  • Proper footwork - trust in your feet

  • Special climbing techniques (overhang techniques as side-stepping, drop knee, flagging, heel hooking, kneebars, ...)

  • Redpoint and on-sight attempts so you can tackle new climbs more easily

  • Personalized coaching to break through mental barriers
