Evening workshops

These tuesdays workshops are suitbale for everybody who wants to know the best way how to deal  with the gravity in climbing, :) Let's  level up your climbing! 

The climbers are divided into small groups maximum of 2 pairs  (climber - belayer)  for one instructor - so we can focus on the individual needs of the participants.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Suitable for women and men, children from 15 years

  • The course can be purchased by individuals, couples, or groups of friends

 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :

All necessary skills and knowledge to become independent and self-confident climber indoors:

  • Choosing the right necessary equipment for the best climbing experience while staying safe, and how to treat and store it

  • Basic understanding of intdoor risks (so you can make it home safely everyday)

  • Proper belaying, lead belaying techniques, top rope balying tecchniques, catching falls dynamically

  • Setting up top-ropes 

  • Lead climbing techniques 

  • Top rope climbing in overgangs/traverses

  • Climbing calls and communication - get your message across 

  • Movement skills - climb more efficiently

  • Perfect balance - support your center of gravity

  • Proper footwork - trust in your feet

  • Special climbing techniques (overhang techniques as side-stepping, drop knee, flagging, heel hooking, kneebars, ...)

  • Redpoint and on-sight attempts so you can tackle new climbs more easily

  • Personalized coaching to break through mental barriers
